Rights to Withdrawal
Article 5 of the legislative decree, 185/1999, states that if the customer is a consumer (that is a “natural” person who buys the goods for purposes not associated with their professional activity, moreover who does not make the purchase by changing the order form to OLIO & ACETO in reference to the VAT identification number), he has the right to withdraw from the contract for whatever reason, without having to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as specified in the following point.
To exercise this right, the customer will have to send OLIO & ACETO a communication within 10 working days of the date of receipt of the goods, confirm it by registered mail with return receipt upon delivery; strictly within the first 48 hours.
The purchased goods must be intact and returned in its original packaging, penalty of revocation of the right of withdrawal.
In accordance to the law, the cost of shipping for returning the items to the owner are charged to the customer.

The contract of sale between the customer and OLIO & ACETO is not concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the of Venice (if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the Jurisdiction of reference in his own place of residence).
If the address of the customer or his residence are not inside the Italian territory, the competent Jurisdiction is that of execution of the contract.
Reference to the rules of law
The contracts concluded at a distance with OLIO & ACETO are governed by the Italian law and, although not expressly provided, the rules of law apply .
